Tiny Toot.

This afternoon, I tried to take a picture of Rudy because she was wearing one of Marley's old tutus and some Snow White slip-on heels. Latley, she's been wearing Princess shoes a lot. And requesting music so that she can dance, or bounce around a little, sometimes waving her arms in the air and sometimes holding her hands over her head in a crude imitation of what she sees going on during Marley's ballet classes.

But. Every time I try to take her picture, Rudy gets this focused sort of look on her face, and then she strolls right over to me so that she can see what I'm taking a picture of. Usually while first murmuring and then eventually shrieking, "I see it! I see!" And then, you know what, Rudy? Nothing! I'm taking a picture of nothing because you're not in front of the camera anymore!

And during a recent trip down memory lane, I found this short clip, which:
1. Made me miss that tiny baby Rudy.
2. Helped me to realize that even when she only made noises instead of words, she was demanding to look through the camera's lens.
