"Don't embarrass me, Mom!"

Two clips and two bobby pins are stuck in my hair at haphazard angles holding my hair up in a disheveled [read: crazy lady] twist.  It's the kind of thing I do on mornings when I clean my body but not my hair.  The other day I left the house like this without thinking but then just went with it.  I guess I was pretending to be all glamorously casual, like I'd be heading to the trailer later for hair and makeup.  Listen.  Whatever it takes to get out the door.

After she finished her delicious breakfast of peaches, pears, and formula this morning, Rudy had some words of wisdom for me.  I think she was worried I wasn't going to look in the mirror before we left the house.  Point taken, Toot.

Digging Rudy's vocals. That picture of Marley ("I'm the strongest") reminds me of a paparazzi photo... kind you see in "US Weekly" in the "Just Like Us!" section.

I envision Marley's photo, with a caption of "They carry heavy newspapers!" next to a picture of Marcia Cross taking groceries out of her car.
