Reminder:

Yes.  This is a recurring reminder on my phone.

When it goes off, I'm surprised, and then I:

1. laugh at my ridiculousness;

2.  hope that I am, actually, behaving in an awesome way and achieving fantastic,

albeit modest, goals, like getting Marley to gymnastics on time;

3.  reset the reminder for another random day and time.

It's a partly-sarcastic and self-deprecating, partly genuine, pat on the back for myself.  So now you have more of an idea of the particular sort of lunatic Todd deals with every day.
