Adventure Girls.

One of Marley's and Rudy's reliable make-believe scenarios is Adventure Girls, in which they overcome unbelievable, parentless odds and often rescue each other as well as a variety of stuffed and plastic animals.  When I ordered a custom Adventure Girl flag from a fundraising company this spring, I was acknowledging and celebrating this dynamic duo and all their hijinks.

Adventure Girls!  (The rainbow flag is from Provincetown, which is a subtle indication of the Adventure Girls' inclusive tenets.  I also celebrate that.)
